A clean three files is a useful result — it means your onboarding probably works and a full review becomes a proportionality decision, not a fire. We have never added a finding to justify a fee and never will: the independence statement that ships with every report would be a lie if we did.

Most firms, though, find at least one thing. That's why the offer is three files and not none.

Q1Can we redact first?+
Yes. We need the structure, not the names — redact clients, keep the records. A redacted set reviews identically; the rules check verification records and cadence, not who your client is.
Q2Who exactly sees our files?+
The named reviewer, on encrypted storage, with access logged, deleted on completion under the DPA. Not an email chain, not a "team", not a subprocessor you haven't read about — those are in the procurement pack before you ask.
Q3What happens to our email address?+
Upload link, then the findings. No marketing list unless you tick the brief — and even then it's one email a month, one-click out, delete-on-request with a confirmation.
Q4Is this AI reviewing us?+
No — an AI-assisted review by a qualified specialist. The tooling makes it fast and consistent; a former MLCO makes every decision in the report, including the ones that overrule the tool. Not legal advice, stated on the page, on every page.
